Teaching philosophy

As an educator, I always expect my students to come to class ready to focus and engage. I often ask my students to set their own goals and take steps toward achieving their goals every day. I understand that all students are unique and teachers should create a learning environment where the learners can develop their skills. The teacher should guide students by simplifying subjects into organized lessons and focusing on the individual needs of the students.
