Teaching philosophy

I believe that a classroom should be a safe, caring community where students are free to speak their mind and blossom and grow. I will use strategies to ensure our classroom community will flourish, like the morning meeting, positive vs. negative discipline, ,and problem-solving skills in order to enable all the students to feel like they are in a real educational environment.
